Low-Level Light Therapy
How It Works
Low-level light therapy uses specific wavelengths of LED light to stimulate your skin at the cellular level. As the light is absorbed by the mitochondria—the “powerhouse” of the cell—it increases the production of ATP (energy), which drives cellular repair, regeneration, and healthier tissue growth. This process occurs without heat or damage, making it both safe and non-invasive.
Each color of light penetrates to a different depth and produces targeted effects: some stimulate collagen for improved firmness, others calm inflammation, clear acne, or reduce redness. Infrared light works deeper in the skin to accelerate healing, improve circulation, and support overall skin rejuvenation.
