Vision Now SMS Terms and Conditions

Use of Vision Now's text message-based services (the "Messaging Service") is subject to these SMS Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
Opting In
Vision Now may provide opportunities to opt in to SMS communications, including by providing your mobile phone number through an online or written form or otherwise expressly consenting to receive text messages.
By opting in to the Messaging Service, you may receive SMS messages from Vision Now relating to:
- Appointment reminders and scheduling
- Patient follow-up communications
- Eyewear or contact lens status updates
- Billing or account updates
- Office and service notifications
- Marketing or promotional communications, where you have consented to receive them
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing or receiving products or services from Vision Now.
Opting Out
You may cancel the Messaging Service at any time by replying STOP to a Vision Now text message.
After you send STOP, you may receive a confirmation message indicating that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive messages from that SMS program unless you opt in again.
If you wish to rejoin, you may sign up again through an available opt-in method or reply START where supported.

Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency may vary depending on your interactions with Vision Now, scheduled appointments, services, and the types of communications you have consented to receive.
Message and data rates may apply.
Vision Now is not responsible for charges imposed by your wireless carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Contact your wireless provider with questions regarding your text messaging or data plan.
Mobile Device Privacy
You understand that anyone with access to your mobile phone or other device may be able to view messages you receive from Vision Now. Vision Now is not responsible for unauthorized access to messages resulting from another person's access to your device.
Consent Is Not Required for Services
You are not required to consent to receive SMS messages as a condition of purchasing or receiving products or services from Vision Now.
By opting in and providing your mobile phone number, you authorize Vision Now to send text messages to that number, including through automated or computer-assisted technology where permitted by applicable law.
Privacy
Information collected through the Messaging Service is handled in accordance with the Vision Now SMS Privacy Policy above.
